All claims about InspectRecord must be truthful and accurate. Misleading representations are grounds for immediate termination.
Click fraud, cookie stuffing, fake leads, and self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Approved InspectRecord materials may be used to promote the program. Logos must not be modified in misleading ways.
Refunded, disputed, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify. Disqualified commissions may be reversed.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional materials where required by law.
Participation may be terminated by either party at any time. Fraud results in immediate suspension.
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any taxes on commissions earned through the program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Disputes resolved in Ontario courts.
